In these unprecedented times, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers, teammates, and the communities we serve. We are closely monitoring the situation with guidance from public health authorities, and have introduced health and safety precautions at all our Profit Centres to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

To the extent permitted by the various provincial and municipal orders and directives, most of our Profit Centres are open or re-opening for business and are operating under new health and safety protocols according to federal and provincial requirements. Please contact your local Profit Centre for more details.

Contactless Service: Our locations are accommodating requests using ProKeep, ProOrders, cashless payments and curbside pick-up.

Educating Teammates: We are committed to educating our teammates on the best health and safety practices to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Hygiene Protocols: We have enhanced our hygiene measures including frequent cleaning and disinfecting, and proper handwashing.

Physical Distancing:
We are ensuring our Profit Centres can accommodate the 2-metre physical distancing rule. 

Restriction of Non-Essential Visitors:
Not all visitors can enter our locations at this time. Please review our Visitor Care Checklist and contact your local Profit Centre for more information.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented Emco with unprecedented challenges. The economic impact of the virus has led us to re-assess our business resources across the country. Unfortunately, this means that teammates you have previously worked with may have been laid off temporarily. Rest assured, your requests will continue to be serviced by high-performing Emco teammates who will be happy to assist you.

At this time, we also encourage you to use our online and text messaging order services, ProOrders and ProKeep.

As we work to adapt and reshape our workforce, we ask that you direct any questions to your local Profit Centre Manager.

Did you know that you can pay electronically? We accept both Online and EFT payments from our valued customers! Here are some ways that electronic payments benefit you:

• Payments are received and applied on-time
• Instant traceability and accurate records of your payments
• More environmentally friendly
• Pay from any online banking platform

If you would like to make Online payments, simply:
1. Log in to your Online banking service
2. Select the “Pay Bills” option and choose “Add a Payee”
3. Search for payee name: EMCO Corporation
4. Enter your 10-digit customer account number from a recent statement or invoice, without spaces or dashes. (i.e. 1230000456)
5. Make your payment!

Next time you log in, just choose EMCO Corporation and make the payment in one quick step.
